Welcome to Giggle Gleam! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Giggle Gleam (operated by Titan Echo LTD). We provide this website, including all information, tools, and services, so you can give your kids a better brush without the usual bedtime battle (the "Services").

Giggle Gleam is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including our Privacy Policy. Please read these carefully—they contain important info about your legal rights. If you don't agree to these Terms, you might have to go back to the old-fashioned way of chasing your toddler with a manual toothbrush.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province. You are responsible for any minor dependents using our products under your supervision. When you buy from us, you promise that the info you provide (email, address, payment) is accurate and complete. Keep your account password safe—if your toddler gets ahold of it and orders 500 brushes, that’s on you!

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We try our best to show the colors and details of our brushes accurately. However, because every computer or phone screen is different, we can’t guarantee that the "Sparkle Blue" you see is the exact "Sparkle Blue" that arrives. We reserve the right to change product descriptions or discontinue items at any time. We also reserve the right to limit sales to any person or geographic region if we deem it necessary.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your order isn't officially "accepted" until we ship it. Because we move fast to get your gear to you, we usually cannot accommodate cancellation requests once an order is placed.

• Returns: All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

• Personal Use: You agree that you are buying these for personal use, not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at the moment you hit "Complete Purchase." Unless stated otherwise, prices don't include taxes or shipping—those get added at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase info. If your credit card expires or you move houses, please update your account so your brushes don't end up at your old neighbor's place.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aren’t the ones driving the delivery truck. While we give estimated delivery times, we aren't liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Once we hand the package to the carrier, the "risk of loss" passes to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything on this site—logos, text, photos, the "Giggle Gleam" name—is owned by us or our licensors. You can use the site for personal shopping, but you cannot copy, reproduce, or "borrow" our designs or content for commercial use without our written permission.

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Shopify hosts our store, but your contract is with Giggle Gleam. You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our products.

SECTION 8 - FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

If you send us reviews, photos, or suggestions ("Feedback"), you give us the right to use, edit, and publish that feedback forever, anywhere in the world, without paying you. We love hearing your success stories, but please keep it clean—no "potty mouth" or malicious code allowed.

SECTION 9 - PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon our intellectual property; (d) to harass, abuse, or insult; or (e) to upload viruses or malicious code.

SECTION 10 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We provide the Services "as is." We don't guarantee that your use of the site will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giggle Gleam (Titan Echo LTD) and our partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of our products or services. If your kid manages to use the toothbrush to paint the cat, that is outside our liability!

You agree to defend and hold Giggle Gleam (and our team) harmless from any claims or demands made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, where Titan Echo LTD is headquartered.
